When can i start new H1B after returning back to home country for 1yr

I got laid off when i was in 7th yr of h1b extension, based on the LC filed 2+ yrs ago.. I had to return back to India for 1 yr of physical absence.. I have the following queries:

let's say that your 1 year physical absence ends on 4/1/06

1. Can I enter US before 4/1/06 on H1B?
2. When can I file for a new H1B fulfilling the above requirement of 1 yr physical absence?
3. Can I use B1/B2 category to enter USA in between? Will anytime spent in US under this category will not count towards 1 yr physical absence?
4. Can I use the premium processing for getting an h1b approved?

3. Can I use B1/B2 category to enter USA in between? Will anytime spent in US under this category will not count towards 1 yr physical absence? It may defeat the goal of 1 year physical absense

4. Can I use the premium processing for getting an h1b approved? Yes
