There is stil a risk, though, that an examiner sees that differently, in particular if it was one long trip, fairly close to the 6 months limit. In that case, I would still wait another 3 months before filing.
Hi joef
i read today about someone was denied citizenship because he applied 15 days early before the 4 years and 1 day.
he got the negative answer after 8 months of his interview.
in my case if i have to wait 3 months in the state i dont know what to do, if i cancel my application now and apply again better than wating 2 years.
what do you think?
i think i will leave it this way because i respected the continuouse residency and physical residency rules, thats the most important
