When and how I should get the SSN

Urgent need of help

merry christmas!! I really could do with some advice. I am a young man who lives in London. I am about to be charged with possesion with intent of 300 sleeping tablets. ( i suffer from chronic long term nerve/muscular pain).

I live in a European country and actually stayed in America for 90 days a year or two ago . I am pretty sure I would fail the visa/esta from my native country to enter America. However I do hold a Canadian passport.

It is very important I am able to travel to America so I'm just wondering what would be my best chances about getting into America ( Using my Canadian passport ) my concern is obviously the fingerprint check, would you advise I

a) fly from the European country I reside in to America directly

b) fly to Canada then fly from there to America

c) fly to Canada , bus it to america take an internal flight


I don't care about costs or time but it is absolutely essential I visit America ,

You have somehow posted in the wrong sub forum.

I would say that being charged is not an issue, it is only being found guilty. Now then. IF you get found guilty I would personally not lie about the conviction - I would declare it and submit the explanation. The chances are that you should get a minor punishment if at all, so the US authority won't see that as too bad. HOWEVER, if you are caught lying to gain entry you will almost certainly be banned from entering the States.

Good luck with the court case.
 
Just an update - our SS cards arrived in the mail yesterday, less than 2 weeks after we landed and without needing to chase up physically at a social security office.
