What will be the status after separation?

Hello, i am on CR1 visa, after 1.5yrs of marriage me and my husband want to separate. My in-laws are the biggest problem between our relationship but my husnand does not want to leave them. As i am on conditional green card, what will be my chances of getting the GC status after divorce.
Please help.

As long as you can prove that the marriage was bonafide while it lasted, your conditions will be lifted. You need to file an I-751 during your 90 day window or when the divorce is finalised, whichever occurs first.

how can i prove the marriage was in good faith? We are living together for 1.5yrs since i am in US, he has joint tax return but he will not give that to me, few bank accounts are on our names together, his insurance says my name, some pictures together what other things are considered as bonafide? He is a US citizen.

If you both filed those returns jointly, you do not need him to give them to you. You can get them from IRS. The other documents that you mentioned below, attach them too. You should be good.
