what ways spouses can work on F2 visa ?

Is there any way spouses holding F2 visa work to support the family ? i know there are ways to change F2 to H1b but dont know any details. how is it done and is there any other way to earn money by home sitting F2 spouse with degrees like MSc, MEd and 10+ years teacher experience

Take teaching credential courses (license to be a teache in US), many schools sponser for H1B.
