OK all Gurus....what to do when

Can anyone have a decent advise on :

What are your options if you are past 180 days of your 485 application, you have a EAD, and you loss your job ?


What if you are unable to find a job and get a RFE after you haver lost the job.

Please advice

you can work on ead on a simialr job some where else with the wages approved on labour. Your GC is saved with AC21 of INS rule.

Your reply doesn't answer iamvj's question,
which is what to do if he is UNABLE to find
a job. He can't work on EAD as you suggested
if he is UNABLE to find a job.

Decent thing

is subjective.. If you are looking for less or no trouble, pack up and go to home country.
With EAD if you cannot find a job similar to the one described in the LC, in any of the 50 contiguous states then there is something wrong with you.
Remember none of the job title is tied to one software or one type of business. You should have, may be get certified in one of the contemporary software or hardware and should have pursued all possible options.

WELL I think one should listen to Mr jaxen's advice then . You are in the process of sponsering GC in employement category and If u do't have employment then there's no GC then. May be try you luck in lottery quota then.

If your sponsor company is willing to hire you back, you should be ok... maybe that is unlikely... You should find a similar job ASAP, there is no other way out.
