what to do to work when i'm in h-4

hi, currently i'm in h-4.. and my husband is in h1b we've also applied for green card and lc is in process..but i want to work now.. what should i do for that.. i prefer to work from home.. should i get an employer to file h1 for me or is there any clause in which i can get permission or so.. pls. help me in this..

you need H1 or EAD (both approved) to work. You can get passive income from renting out homes, investment in stocks etc.
If frustrated volunteer for local schools.
