What to do to with stand visa status in US when visa revoked.

Hi all,
Its almost 2 years completed with H1 B visa.
Unable to get into project.
Meanwhile learned new related softwares and attending calls as the market improved.
Now, i came to know that my employer revoked my visa last 6 months back.
My visa expires after 7 months.

1) How to know the proof that visa revoked or not?
2) Can i file new H1 B with other employer by staying in US or need to go back India?
3) Is it eligible to take admission in the school for I 20 ?

Suggest me any kind of solution to get back with visa status.

------ if employer revoked H1 petition by writing to USCIS then you cant enter on that visa. visa was based on valid H1 petition

------- H1 petition is filed by US employer and he knows the petition is revoked. USCIS or DOS is not going to inform you.employer need to inform you.
2) Can i file new H1 B with other employer by staying in US or need to go back India?
------- IF you are still in US and H1 petition is not revoked and you have latest 3-4 pay stubs then new employer can file H1 transfer. if you did not get paid you are out of status and new employer H1 transfer will be rejected. new employer can file fresh H1 you go out of US then get H1 visa and can enter US if new employer has real job for you.
3) Is it eligible to take admission in the school for I 20 ?
--- I dont know and dont post for F1. go to your lawyer for your options
Suggest me any kind of solution to get back with visa status.
