Hi all,
Here is my story:
I entered US in Jan 2011 and left Us right after got GC to take care the father with troke in mid 2010. He really need a special care from me. And he was also fail the at interview. My mother was the pettioner for his case. The consular need more finacial sponsor for my father case. Since then, i had to stayed with him. Now he s more concious and recovering, and i want to go back US. So i applyfor SB1 visa and got an interview. But i was fail ...
The consular said my evidence was not strong enough for them to give SB1Visa to me. And let my case as well as my father ' s case online. So.. What i should do next. I really want to go to U.S.
Thanks all

You have no options. Start the process again. The green card is not a visa. It is meant for people who move here to make the USA their permanent home. Had you not heard about getting a reentry permit before you left for an extended trip?

Thanks for your reply,
I have heard abt REP, unluckily i can not stay any longe to apply for it. My father needed me go back... if my mom start the process, how long i must wait... Last time i had to wait almost 6 years to process my case. Is there any short cut, now my mom was a Citizen.
Thanks

Thanks for your concerned,
I am a single, no children. Hopefully, i can get the shortest time for returnning. And i also wonder how much my mom must spend on this case!! She is a low income in Us....
Thanks for your reading

You can give her the money for the fees.

If you're over 21, you can expect a 7-year wait. But your father's case (if he wants to go back to the US) should take less than a year if he's married to your mother.
