What to do at Port of Entry.

I have my H1visa stamped and will be entering U.S. via Dallas Fort Worth as port of entry.
What are the documents should I have ready at my side??

----- your passport with valid Visa stamp and I-94(white card that you will get in flight and fill up)

I have my I94 card from the Notice of Action.
Do I have to fill up another of the I94 on board the plane and that will make me have 2 I94 cards??

------ did you got H1 tranfer in US or it was extension? the I-94 that came with H1 extension or approval notice you were supposed to give it to airlines before you went out
