My H1-B 6 years is completing on April 3rd 2004.

My LC is in processing and is at SESA stage which I have applied on March 28th 2003.

When do I have to apply for my 7th year extension? Is it between March 28th 2004 and Apr3rd 2004 or can I apply before Mar 28th 2004?

After 28th 2004, you need the evidence that LC was filed 365 days back. evidence will be reciept from SESA or SWA with case #, PD, and your name and employer name on the reciept. ask your lawyer who filed LC to give you or your employer the copy of reciept from SESA or SWA

---- Check the SESA receipt when your LC was received at SESA and count 365 days from that date then file 7th year H1 extension with evidence after hitting 365 days
