From my "big" post:

Evidence of Support : It can be any combination of the following three :
_ Affidavit of Support : form I134 filled by a US Citizen ( USC ) or a Legal Permanent Resident ( LPR = GC holder ) http://www.uscis.gov/graphics/howdoi/affsupp.htm
_ Job offer in the US : it is better to obtain a job offer on the company's letterhead and have it notarized.
_ Own funds ( bank accounts, assets....): see poverty guidelines for an idea of the amount. ( bank statement)

For the Evidence of Support, you can provide any combination of the 3, which means you can provide one ( any one ) of the mentioned documents, two ( any two ), or the three of them.
Remember that you better be safe than sorry. Bring as much as you can.
So, the I134 alone is good. Still, it would be better if you could show your own funds.
Also, education and english skills play a role as it will help in finding a job.
The immigration officer determines your potential to become public charge. So the more proofs you provide that you won't become one, the better for you.

It means that you should have about 22k$ as funds available. But this is a guideline only. For example, if you have less, but have a job offer, you are fine.
Yes. But the officer might thinks it is not enough though.
It is always advisable to be able to show more than what is being asked ( true for everything : US tax retruns are not part of the list of requested docs, but you may or may not be asked for them so you should bring them. Plus, transcripst are free, so there is no reason not to ask for them ! )
Do you mean you are single with no dependents? Even if you are single, you have to prepare "evidence of support."I'm Individual
Is it important or needed to me to get this Evidance of support ?
US government wants to make sure that you have enough money to take care of yourself. You have to prove it at the time of interview. Bank statement is one of "evidence of support." Bank statement is good enough If you have enough money in your bank account. (However, if you are from middle east, you probably need Affidavit of Support) According to poverty guideline 2007, you have to prove that you have more than $12,763
As Catseyes gives you detailed explanation, "Evidence of Support" can be any combination of the following: bank statement, assets, job offer in US and affidavit of support. If you have friends who are willing to be your sponsor, you have a good chance. But, your friends must be either US citizen or Legal Permanent Resident. The amount is just a guideline. You will probably get the clear idea if you ask DV winners from your country because actually the amount seems different depends on which countries DV winners from. (For instance, DV winners from my country will probably be told that even $12,763 is not enough amount for single person. So, it might be less in some countries.) Good luck!!!but ($12.763) is very very high ... I think I lost my chance ....
