What is my Priority Date?

I filed my I-485 after getting approval under EB-1EA. The receipt notice from USCIS says Receipt date as May 18, 2007 and Notice date as May 24, 2007. But the Priority Date column is blank. Is that normal? If yes, what is my priority date, is the RD or the ND?

if company filed LC then LC reaching date with DOL is PD
if filed I-140 (no LC) then PD is I-140 reaching date with USCIS. check the I-140 approval that has your PD on it

Your Priority Date is the Receipt Date of your I-140.
