What is going on????

LUD changes after a couple of days from RFE LUD may be the indication of ATP issue. Cyberbabu faced the similiar issue

looks like every one is getting an RFE now a days. Those who has an LUD and no change for about a month..they are all getting RFEs. Mostly Education and EB2 based. And some times they are asking to convert their app to EB3.

Lets see what happens. Can you guys share your Rfes?

My ND is 10/21 and LUD is on 12/01. After taht no change its been a month..
 
Here you go, another one RFE looks like Ability to Pay.

Do you guys know when the RFE reply should go back to USCIS. Is it mentioned in the RFE or it is normally 1 month.

Is the day counts from the day RFE LUD changes or after some days.

Pls excuse my ignorance, but what is a LUD? It sounds like some kind of tracker... I applied for my I-140 Eb1 in Sept 05. Would be great there was a good way to track the thing - i hate being blindfolded!!
 
LUD = Last Updated Date

I have have applied concurrently for 140&485 in last week of Sep 2005

140: ND-11/02/05 LUD: 11/03/05
485: ND-11/02/05 LUD 11/03/05, 1/04/06, 1/24/06, 1/25/06
AP: ND-11/02/05 LUD 1/24/06, 1/25/06 Approved 1/27/06
EAD: ND- 11/02/05 LUD 1/24/06, 1/25/06, approved 1/27/06

Nothing about 140 so far.
