Hi,

My husband filed I-140 NIW @VSC, RD Sept 15.

I-485 package (+Both of ours EAD) RD Nov 15.

My question: Does any activity in EAD also trigers LUD in I-140??

Our recent LUDs:

I-140: 12/2;12/4 No msg change
Both EAD: 12/5 No msg change

Kind of confused as to what is going on.

No news on I-140...the LUD s on it might be part of the mass LUD...just shuffling of I-140 files..guess so!!

EAD was very fast...approval in just about 22 days.

Lets hope for the best.

Is notice date is the one we sent the applicaitons to USCIS?
I sent them on 29th sept. But they were registered on OCT21st.
Except 140 and 485 all others were aproved , which includes 2 EADs and
2 AP.

when will i get my 140 ? I am expecting it to be cleraed in this month.
But now a days , i don't see any posts about the approval notices .

Any update from your side, becz we both had LUDs on the same day. I didn't even get any RFE as of now.

Nope no change on my I-140. No RFE. Don't understand what those LUDs were for (2and 4 th DEc 05)

I have got an email, on 12/30/2005 they issued an RFE. I will update once I receive the actual letter.

well, I have not recieved any email..no msg change yet. Don't know if it will be a RFE.

i have not received the paper copy of RFE yet. Keep checking w/ my attorney. I will let you know once we get the copy.
