What happens to CPT status when I start working on approved/received I-765 EAD (for Marriage based GC)?

I am currently maintaining my CPT status.​

I have a pending I-485 for my marriage-based GC.
I have already received the EAD card from the approved I-765.

I understand that working full-time on CPT is not a requirement to maintain my status.
I do work full time and I wish to continue maintaining my CPT status till the end of it and graduate.

I am planning to change my job and I also want to use my EAD for additional income eg. (Lyft/Uber etc.) not related to my CPT study field. How does that affect my CPT status?

Once you start working outside of what is allowed by F1, you will lose F1 status, which mean you will no longer be on CPT since that is part of F1.
