I use AC21 to switch jobs and by the time I actually do it, I am approved.... For employment letter I would showing the new employers letter I guess.

485 pending for 420 days @NSC!

Or should it matter?

I am on the verge of both getting approved and changing jobs. Kinda confused.

If U are approved, just watch for the new regulations that might come within next decade from INS regarding portability..
If U are approved and changed jobs and new regulation requires U to file a letter, file it in 2010
there is also this school that says, dont respond to INS until it asks a direct clear Q

But what if I get approved as I change jobs. Wont I have to produce an employment letter at the service center while I get the stamping even if I am approved without any RFE??!
Would it be okay if I produce the new employers employment letter?
