What forms are need along with I-140 (GC via NIW under TN status)

Hello,
I am applying for GC through NIW. I am on TN visa and learned a lot from this discussion group that I can apply for GC while living on TN.

I will apply first for I-140 and if approved then I will apply for I-485 at US counselor office.

I know I need lots of documentations to prove my case but as for as official documents are concerned do I need any form other than I-140 such ETA-750B to fill. Also, do I need finger prints and medical exam with I-140 or that is not required at this stage.

I am applying myself without a lawyer.

I will appreciate if any body can respond to this.

I know Mr. Nelsona is very quick and accurate in his response but for some reasons I did not hear from him since my last post few days ago.

Employer must file for Green Card, you yourself can't petition for Green Card. Hope you missed this part in the discussion.

An EB GC can be self-petitioned, but not in the NIW category.
