if you have no priority date, that means that you are an immediate relative of a US citizen. You don't have a priority date. Yes, there will be an interview, unless you are a parent of a USC, in which case interviews are sometimes omitted.

I didn't quite read your signature before I posted the reply. Since you are in the States and your wife is in Macedonia, you are not necessarily required to go the interview with her. She will be invited for interview when your application is approved and all she needs to do is to go and prove to the IO that your relationship is real.
