What do you all think of I-130 for my wife?

I won the DV of 2008 and now I’m in the US legally (GC) holder. I’m planning to get married this year (outside the USA) my question is can I do I-130 for my wife and how long does it take to approve or what is the best way to bring her to USA???

You can file an I-130 for her. It will take 5-7 years for the priority date to become current. Sorry.

Or wait until you get your citizenship then file for her as a USC.
It will still take about the same amount of years though or even longer if you just got your GC, unfortunately.
