What do I put in Q30 of form DS156?

I am applying for a B2 Visa.

But in question 30 of the visa application for it asks "have you ever been issued a US visa?" Well my answer is yes. I've held B2, F1 and most recently a Green Card which was cancelled when I moved back to UK and filed the I407 form. I dont see an option for a Green Card in the menu. The closest thing would be the K3 spouse visa but I was given a green card based on marriage to a US citizen ( I still am).

So what should I put in Q30?

yes but below that is "what type of visa?" with a pull down menu.
There's a hole list of visas , some quit obscure, but no Green Card or ARC listed.

Yes, it is the result of a visa...but it is not an 'actual' visa, hence why it is not on the "have you ever been issued a US visa?" pull down menu....one must be first granted a visa in order to enter the US before you can obtain a green card.
 
I guess the OP can pick the last NIV he was granted then :)
