what do I need except AP?

Hi All,
what do I need except AP and passport when I enter US again?
Any document about 485 processing? I got 2 AP, is this for 2 re-entry ?

Keep a copy/original 485 receipt, just in case. Other than this (and of course passport), you dont' need anything else. Keep several photo copies of AP.
 
Thanks a lot, I wonder if they check very closely person with AP upon re-entry to US. I'm just a little worry because my wife is leaving for 10 months and her H4 visa will not be valid at that time. I would like her to have any trouble. Can they ask her why she left for instance? 10 months doesn't look like emergency.

All AP

adjustees will be subjected to secondary inspection. She might be taken to a back office for stamping. As long as she does not become nervous and volunteers unnecessary information, dependents are least subject to questioning.
