What can this be?

Initially congressmen told that it was approved by July 1st week. Then I asked her for approval notice to be sent to me, so that I have a proof. For that she got reply saying it was 765 approval and not 485. Every thing is clear and she was not sure why it was processed. In between, I tried to reach TSC IO, she said, it is a RFE for skin test and it bounced back (document ). She said, she would mail it again to my home address. ( she said the address right. )

Today when I spoke to NSC, they said, they did not get that mail back (contradicting to what I heard earlier), which means, some one has received it. Nothing I am clear of...

Congressmen said, she would follow up on this. Not sure where am I ??

Document mailed to applicant

I got the same msg immediatley after completing FP on Aug 08. Neither myself or lawyer received anything as yet. I called TSC but IO didnt tell me what the document really was..Wait for 30 days and call back..that was his answer.

Just now I spoke to a NSC person and he said, 90% it means, card has been mailed ( Green Card ) 10% it is approval notice and it can be nothing else. He has no more info.

For your reference, GCCub was a user ( I guess the user is no more active ) used to have the same message around June 27th and the card production was ordered on Aug 13th ( approx. date ). Late it was found that it was approved on Jun 27th itself. There were some more users who got FP notice too. So be cheerful and relax. Nothing we can do...

Hi, gcdelay:

I think by NSC, you mean 'National Customer Service', the regular
1-800-XXX. I don't mean to discourage you, but these
customer service people don't understand anything, all they can
do is just taking your info. and initiating a SR. So don't trust what
they say.

The people who can look into this are TSC IOs, but I think they are
too busy now.

Well, gotta go with the flow and wait for my exit :) Issue is, it is getting more convoluted towards the end :) I hope every thing gets settled sooner.

We are all victims of this 'Document Sent' issue. Can you help us and
provide more details for your case. If I remember correctly, you have
a 'Document Sent' email on May 03, and received the 'Card Order' email
on Aug. 13 which is approved in June.

(1). Can you list all LUD between May 03 to Aug 13.
(2). Do you do anything between May 03 to Aug 13, I mean calling
TSC IO, or InfoPass or SR? What did they tell you when you called?
(3). I assume you never receive the 'Document', Right?

1. May 03 is aridiculaous date, I dont known why it even came up.
All LUDs I got after FP2(5/9) till 6/28, 6/30 and after that directly
got C O mail on 8/13.8/14 and finally 8/17 approval sent mail.
2. I called several times TSC, took IP but no one gave any perfect answer.
IP was total waste of the time,
3. I only two document I received before 8/21 by post are transfer notice (VCS_TSC) and FP2 that too in March and April.
hopefully I replid to all your queries.
 
'Document Sent' victim

We have seen lots of approval this week,
but none is for 'Document Sent' victim.

If anyone 'Document Sent' victim has any updates,
(LUD, msg), please post here.

I received two letters by mail. One was dated August 16, 2007 and other one August 20, 2007. Both had the same content that I had requested an address change which was updated in their system. Can this be the reason for all my LUDs I was having and the message update of the "Document mailed to the address on file"
