What Bulletin do I look at?

Hey guys!

Here are a few simple questions.
My priority date is in early Jan of 2005. My I485 is still pending. I am from Canada. I am Employement Based 3rd. Which VISA bulletin do I look at to see if I am current..Jan 2005 or Jan 2007? Am I correct in looking at the "All Charge-ability Areas Except Those Listed" column? Thanks! Robin
 
Thanks! But why.....

My I485 RD was Feb 8, 2005. If they are processing cases for back in Aug02 like the Jan 2007 buletin says, why did they start working on my case in Aug06, give me 2 REF's and say they will give me a decission or update within 60 day? (19 days from now is day 60)
