What are the chances to be denied entry at POE

Hi:
1- I ve had applied for AOS in 2003 (marriage)
2- For some family reasons we were not able join the interview and my lawyer withdrawn my application. INS official told him he won`t put me in deportation
3- I ve departed US in 2004.
4 - Last week I ve applied for B1B2 and consul pulled out my 2003 AOS application from database. Asked me few questions and I ve answered. I told that I had withdrawn my application and departed. I showed my employement letter in my homeland.
5- He issued a visa for 10 years.
6 - He stamped my previous expired visa with `Cancelled without prejudice` .
6- Does POE officer see my application record when I got there?
7- What are the chances that I would be denied entry at POE?

The fact that the Consulate approved your Visa knowing your past should mean that the POE will allow entry.
 
I would never gurantee that. The officer at a POE can deny entry even on suspicion of misrepresentation of intentions. I hope nothing like that happens to the OP, but a consulate's visa approval does not always translate to a smooth entry at the POE.

Hi

The final determination to allow entry into the USA soley rests with the IO at port of entry.

If they wish they will send you for secondary questioning and if they choose to deny entry you are not entitled to legal advise
 
Nobody saw should?

He is concerned about his particular issues which have been addressed by the Consulate, so in that respect he is in a better position than if they had not.

Only USC's are guaranteed entry.
