Went back to mother land

Hello Guys

I have a question i had to go back to my mother land after i applied for my I-485 i went back october 2003 stayed there a month ,, it was emergency my dad was dieing actulay he past away after one week from my arrival back to the USA i went with advance parole and my national passport i asked the immigration before i go and they told if you have the documnet to prove it was emergency you should be fine ,, what do u guys think?

my I-485 recieved date is August 2001

i hope you won't have any problems on your adjustment interview. But it all depends on IO mood and character. he might give you a hard time.

But what kind of documented prove you had with you and what did they say when you were entering US from your trip back home?
 
The officer gave me hard time and he was asking why you went back and all that,, i have his medical reports and letter from a doctor here in the usa explaing his situation after he looked at those reports also i have now the death certificate.

DO U NEED TO GO FOR AN ADJUSTMENT INTERVIEW :confused:
 
Let me clarify this! Did you actually go back to your country after obtaining an advance payroll, while your Asylum based I-485 is pending? Is that what you did? and You were allowed back into US upon return? Can you share more detail with us?
