Hi there,

So I have finally decided to go ahead and file for the I-589 on my own, I have had difficulty but I have put down the full account of my situation and my past persecution in pen, I have copies of my medical record, and a police FIR copy. I also have an attested affidavit from my parents who support my application and attest to the facts that I have mentioned in my affidavit.

I just wanted to ask and see, if for documentary evidence pertaining to my case, the only way I can get articles and newspaper cuttings is from the web, what would be the correct way of doing that, i.e do I cite the website and the link and print the verbiage from the webpage, or do I just print the whole webpage, the reason I ask is because some of the websites have those spam adverts and other stuff flashing around which looks kinda unprofessional if you are trying to make a point and you see car insurance adverts or something of the sort.

Anyone has any experience with this or could you point me in the right direction please

I ust filed with my lawyer. I also had some web publications. Well you can just copy the webpages (printscreen) and insert them into Word. That's the best way. You need certified translation for them. GOod luck!

You can print the articles that pertain to your case. Most articles have a print option ussually on top of the page. You can print the articles without the advertisement. All my supporting documents were from the internet.
