Weak job description (compared to BLS OOH description) vs TN support letter

What does CBP go by when they assess the TN application? Job description vs TN support letter?

I have had 3 TN approvals for Mechanical engineer in the past with no issues. The next opportunity JD appears weak with no mention of "design" but has other buzzwords.
