We are in the US legally with F1 and F2 visa and my wife just won at the DV. What is the process, I understood that we only have to apply for a change of status. Where can we get more information from. Thanks.

You can choose to do either a consular processing or adjustment of status. Both have advantages and disadvantages, research both.
