the visa's say the primary application , my wife, must be present on entry

does that mean, until we get the actual card in the mail, that we cant travel unless we aer all together?

or does that phrase in the passport only count for the 'initial entry date' ?
-ie once the stamp is in there, we could split up / divorce and it wont impact me as the secondary?

(sad to be asking that sort of question but there you go.. after 9 years of marriage, its a question in my mind...)

^^ No you dont have to travel together all the time, but since this is going to be your first visit with visa on hand, she needs to be there because she's the primary.

I guess you have to be in your native country for the divorce or at least file it over there....you might become perminant residence but you won't be citizens for another 5 years....

If after the divorce, he gets married to an USC then he will get his citizenship in 3yrs.
