Was I supposed to write CN on forms?

I sent my forms the other day and didn't write CN on the upper right hand corner of them. I wrote my CN where they asked on the form but I didn't think I was supposed to write anything aside from answers to the questions on the forms.

Have I jeopardised my chances of being further processed?

I seriously doubt this. I think you'll be just fine.
 
You'll be fine. I only wrote the CN on the 2 supplementary pages I added, the back of the photos, plus on the DS-122 where they request it. I also attached the confirmation page with the barcode and CN, as they requested. That should be more than sufficient. I don't think there's any need to write it on the rest of the forms.
