Waiver (I-601) and other questions Canada bound

Hi,
Quick question regarding the package KKC sends you with the consulate interview information and the medical forms:

1) Do they use a private postal company (UPS, FedEx, etc) or regular mail (Canada post)?
2) What forms/documents are inside that package?
3) For the Canadian Police Certificate, is it needed the name check or finger print one?
4) Has someone presented a waiver (form I-601) in Montreal during the interview? Any experiences? How long do they take to give u an anwer?
5) Any DV interview experience in Montreal?
