Waiting Period for New Fiance Visa

Does anybody know how long one has to wait after divorcing wife you brought to the US through K-1 visa before bringing applying for new fiance visa (for a new fiance)? I heard there is a 3 year wait--is this true?
 
There is no such waiting period, but there will be some suspicious by USCIS if you keep marrying and divorcing mail order brides in quick succession, so be prepared to explain what happened to your first marriage and why this one is different from the first. Good luck.
 
Was the previous K-1 approved in the last 2 years? If so, then you need to file a waiver. Otherwise you are ok.
