Guys,

I dates on are as follows: RD 11/6/00 and ND 11/29/00, PD 3/4/99, EB-2 Non-RIR, After getting these notices, I moved from Great Lakes Region to Carolina in the month of Dec 2000. I had informed my INS about change of my address as soon as I moved from Great Lakes. But, I got my EAD on 2/1/01 mailed to my old address which eventually got forwared to my new address. I was expecting my FP sometime in the month of Feb. Damn..! I din\'t get one. Do you think my change of address (from Midwest to East Coast) is giving me a problem. How do I find out whether FP Notice was mailed to my old address. If, the INS had mailed FP notice to my old address, why did post office did not forwarded to my new address? Or else, just hang out here and just wait for the mail to my present address. How do I find out INS has got my new address? How do I find out what is the status of my FP? One of my colleague had filed 3 weeks before I filed from the same region. He got EAD and FP in the 1st week of Jan, 2001. What was wrong with my application?

Any feedback, phone number will be appreciated.

Missing FP can be a serious issue. I suggest that you call NSC (or your appropriate service center),
talk to an IIO and find out if they sent one yer

We got the Finger Prints done at the local sherrif\'s office (City County Bureau of Identification- CCBI) office in Downdtown Raleigh, NC.
Actually the notice was sent to my lawyer dated Feb 7 and my scheduled FP date was on 27th March in Wisconsin and I never got one sent to my old address or my present adress. I called my lawyer and got a copy FP notice letter faxed to me. I just took the Faxed copy and got the FP done. Unscheduled with no questions asked. Piece of cake, Walk-in and Walk-out.
