Waiting for Welcome Letter.

I am a DV-2006 winner and entered the US in the end of January:

My POE in New York was last Monday, January 29th, I have not received my Welcome Letter yet.

How long does it usually take until the Welcome Letter arrives?

How long after the Welcome Letter does the Green Card usually arrive?

My welcome letter arrived the day after my green card arrived. I entered the US on January 20, received green card on February 8, and received welcome notice on February 9. (I actually received a second copy of the welcome notice on February 10 too... they issued it twice!! i guess someone didn't note in my file that it was sent out once already)

For sure less than a month

Officially, if you don't receive your welcome AND greencard by the end of Feb 29th you HAVE TO contact USCIS.
