Waiting for TN renewal notice (by mai) after I140 approvedl

Hello,

I got the receipts for my TN and my family's TDs renewal at the end of last October. However I have not received any notice so far. I am so worried about been rejected. The reasons are as the following:

1) My I-140 was approved last December, two months after my company's lawer submitted my TN/TD renewal application (My TN will be expired this March).

2) For the previous two TN renewals, I always got the approve notices after one month of the receipt. However, for this time, it is almost three months and I have not heard anything. The official web for checking processing time seems frozen: The last update of the page is November 18 for two months (It is supposed to update monthly). Therefore I have no idea if the current processing time is getting slower or it is just my case?

Although I was quite confident that my TN renewal should be no problem even if my I-140 (EB2)was approved before (I have read all the threads in this forum about TN-GC procedures), right now I become more and more upset since this is a critical period of the State. Maybe they are changing some policy for I-140 submitters?

Has anyone the similar situation as me? Is there anyone who got the TN extension approval notice recently from Vermont Service Senter?

I suggest file for premium processing and pay $1000 if you are really concerned. I'd be shocked if they rejected it based on I-140!
 
Your previous TNs were approved very quickly. This was not usual.
3 months is more typical.
You have nothing to worry about.

My TN renewal was approved after my I-140 approved. My TN process time is three months. My I-140 pettition was approved during the time I am waiting for the TN renewal by mail. Hope my case would be a bit helpful to people who have similar situations.
