Please post your details if you have ND falling in Mar 2001 and still waiting for your 485 approval. There have been quite a few March approvals from VSC posted in this site during the last couple of months, but there are folks like me who are still waiting. Let us try to track these waiters.

this is what I suggested to all the March waiters two weeks back. Vivekaye, try and have your attorney call the IIO and this will most possibly move the case and get it approved. it worked for me too

I have called INS 4 times in the last couple of months in 2 week intervals.
On Nov21, they were working on Feb 15
On Dec14, yet to be assigned, will be soon
On Dec27, recd FP, not assigned, will be in near future
On Jan14, assigned to officer, did not tell date, decision soon

I do not see any point calling my lawyer. They are not much different from IIOs. I have tough time getting them on the line, so expecting them to call INS is asking for too much.

I am planning to again check on Feb 1st if I do not hear anything till then.

Vinsah, I agree.

The lawyers want to be compensated for every small thing they do.
For now, I have sent a mail to my lawyer requesting to call. I will get my employer in the picture if nothing happens for a week.

Called IIO twice. On Dec last week was told FP recd on Nov 23rd. Case not yet assigned to officer. Will call again last week of Jan. I believe it is futile to get attorney to call as they have the standard 365-540 day answer to fall back to.

RD 3/5 ND 3/13. Called IIO on 1/15/02 to know FP is received and wait for another 30-60 days for decision.

did u see VSC\'s new posting on dates? 485 04/01/01.
What happened to all the march cases like ours? I sincerely hope it is no RFE.
