When somebody comes here for advice I’m pretty sure they are asking what other applicants did in the same situation and you aren’t obliged to ask for opinion or advice and take them as is sir

Exactly. Some people seem to take the roles of USCIS asylum officers, immigration lawyers on here, or maybe they are idk.

Hi People my husband and I Just returned from Panama ( no Visa needed it) Just RTD no GC yet, no questions asked besides the reason for traveling, I went to second inspection, just five minutes.

Hi guys. I just got an update that an action has been taken on my case, but there's no change on my account, both on the documents tab and case history. Has anyone experienced this?

got this from reddit and based on marriage.
PD - March 11, 2024 USC filing for spouse.
Today (May 23) got an email saying an action has been taken, but there is no approval, nothing in the documents tab as well.
The status still says actively reviewing.
What does this mean? Any thoughts?
Update: Got the approval at the end of the day!

most likely fingerprints were taken, the decision and the fees were waived updates

I had it last year in September. Still "decision is pending". Send an online inquiry two times. One 90 days after the interview, another one after 9 months. Got the generic response "decision is pending" Really? I didn't realize that
. So... just waiting. 8 years for the interview, almost a year for the decision.

Go to uscis website and find "outside normal processing time". Fill out the form and submit. You will get the answer in couple weeks via mail

My suggestion is just wait, you wouldn't want to shake the tree especially in this times of uncertainty. Ive waited myself for 9 years to get an interview and I had it April 2025 and till now its decision pending for almost 90 days. I just told myself they can put it in pending for years till new administration comes in. I dont mind at all.
