Hi. Why September status update between October statuses? Looks like fake to be honest…

Sometimes apps can have this kind of timeline misalignment; I've encountered it myself.

Do not join this class action lawsuit. Appearing on this list, could open you up to being targeted. Remember, this administration is not a normal administration, targeting anyone on this list is not beyound them.

Asylum is a courtesy extended to us by the US govt. It is completely illogical for us, to demand things from the US govt. We are not entitled to anything.

My status changed to Decision Is Pending. I also know 2 people who saw their status changed this morning as well

mine is still application pending since Dec 8, but the date on that status changed first to Dec 16, and then to Dec 17... did anyone see something similar?

Yes also got the email notification. I think the freeze period is over.

Why do you think freeze is over? It might be just another status change for all pending applicants. Someone shared the document where says that USCIS have 90 days to develop vetting procedures. So they have time till March 2026. But to be honest, I hope you are right

Normally, when status switch between app and decision pending , it can be a positive sign as it means clearing the background check . However, I feel that is genetic update for all decision pending applicants . I hope I am wrong

I have 2 other friends in the same boat and their status hasnt changed back to decision pending
