my status change from desicion is pending to application pending in about one week after my interview, i had 10 years waitnig for my interview, how can i begging them and take legal means?

I am in the same boat. I got my interview after 10 years. It’s been almost 4 weeks after my interview. status changed to apllication is pending from decision pending. Los angeles office. Very positive interview but who knows
 
A lot of interviews have been scheduled now for those who were trapped in the backlog by policy changes from FIFO to LIFO (2015-2017). I had my interview last week after waiting for 9 years. No hard feelings, but for those who get frustrated after 2-3 years of waiting, just think of us - hope it helps with patience. I was interviewed in English without the aid of an interpreter. Approx. 2.5 hours. Great psychological safety environment.. My advocate was with me.

Please advise on How long it typically takes to receive an approval letter in the mail box? Also, to receive the new EAD card as well?

No. After interview it was decision pending. A week later changed to application pending and still like that. Nothing on eoir or i-94 page. Except travel history is gone. Finger crossed. Los Angeles office

don’t wanna kill your hope but if it’s still application pending they might send you a notice to appear again or requesting extra document but may god be with you!

If you had asked that question years ago, i would have said maybe , but in this present age, its penny wise , pound foolish and tempting fate if you dont hire an attorney, mosy attnys have payment plans, if your immigration journey is important , then show it!!!

False alarm. It was the service request response that I had about my interview notice. So I am gonna have this anxiety one more time apparently
