I work for a consulting company. We are all going through a bad phase.
Last year my company paid me only $40K as against the $50K that they mentioned as my minimum yearly wages in the Labor Application which was approved prior to the applying of my H-1B visa.
I was wondering if there is something wrong with it and if there is any way they can be asked to pay up in such a case...
Please help. Really appreciate it.
