Still waiting for security check.

My lawyer has sent 4-5 inquiries during this year, but didn't get any response from SF office.

I am about to get my 2nd EAD and AP. How long will it take to get 2nd round? Should I do them 90 days before expiration date?

Case transferred to LA office 5 Dec.

after a long long with and repsonding to 2 RFEs with 3EADs and 2 APs finally got the approval! :)

Your post scares me. My case is forwarded to FBI for name check 6 weeks ago. I heard name check could take up to 18 months. I am deeply saddened these days.
