But, let me take it in right spirit and let me do a good job
trying to defend my statement...and as far as my understanding
goes GC is always for a future employment.
For the last 2+ years I have been browsing this forum..
I have never seen a case where the employer was located
at different location(NJ), labor/140 done from specific client
location(TSC).... adjustment filed from a different service center
(CSC) and current residence is in different service area(VSC)
Adjustment filed at CSC based on residence...
