VWP question..

I know this doesn't have an answer, but I would like to hear opinions or personal experiences from other members. My gf is from Germany, I live in NC, she's coming to visit me at the end of the month, under the vwp of course, and this would be her 3rd time in less than a year. She came in Agust, then November and now end of March, all of the visits for 2 weeks only..

do you think a short visit every 3-4 months would raise a flag with the POE officers? or again, it depends on how moody the officer is that day?

For 2-3 weeks each time, you'll be well under the general 6 month in any 1 year period, so I think you guys will be oke.

You have already answered your own question. As long as she keeps her visits short, she should be ok. She should also carry documentation showing her ties to Germany. There are many people who travel to the US 24-30 times a year on VWP for visits 2-3 days in length for years and never get into trouble. Akio Morita (co-founder of Sony) traveled to the US more than 700 times between 1960 and 1994
