Just updated the 2003 tracker (http://immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?p=993497#post993497 ) with an approval that I noticed on rupnet (for someone who was in the tracker already).

tblade ND: 08/06/03 AD: 12/8/4.

The tracker is up to 34.1% of all cases completed now (2.0% transferred).

That's 3 approvals and 1 transfer (sorry nemessis) so far this week (from the tracker -- there have been a number of other approvals / transfers also).

Also, if people need encouragement check post #40 here: http://boards.immigration.com/showthread.php?t=148288&page=3&pp=15 -- VSC seems to be looking at some late October 2003 cases now...

Hope everybody ppl get their approvals before the new year! That will be something to celebrate.

How to read the results of the scan? I saw the spreadsheet you provided...but could not make much out of it.

You need to scroll down past the cases to where the statistics are. See the attached example (which I took from the main sheet). This shows results from yesterday and from 12/03/04. Taking the Approved/Completed row as an example, this shows that there were 5 approvals since the last scan and that the % approved is up to 8.16% now.

If you want, you can also sort the data by the LUD etc. if you want to see the most recent activity more clearly.
