Not impressive at all...
 
Question for my Status

Hi rickz,

Thank you for your postings.

I cannot decide to which category my case belongs to.
Online message for my I-485 says

"On April 2, 2003, the fingerprints for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were collected and are pending review."

What does this mean?
Which category my case belongs to?
Misc., Received or Resumed/FP received

very impressive random order

True, this random error seems to be a bigger problem. At one end it appears comforting that atleast they are regularly doing around 1000-1200 cases every week. But it seems to be so painful for example as a Jan or Feb filer with only about 60-100 cases touched every week and over 2000 remaining in each of those months. So it is almost like the probability of the remaining Jan guys is almost theoritcally same as those in aug or Sep. I was hoping at some point they would start doing more of Jan or Feb to flush out but it does not seem to be the case.
