VSC I-140 RFE Sent and waiting for response TRACKER

Talked to VSC Officer ....

Hi,

Called the same 1800.... , but may be since it's lunch time, call directly went to VSC, and contacted the VSC immigration officer, and the got the same response. 'Your case is pending with an officer, and is under process'. I don't know whether to take this as plus, but she also said there is nothing adverse on the file so far.

Nothing but wait and watch guys....
 
LUD and 140 rfe question

Could you pls clarify me, what is "LUD".

Because in my Case, i am tracking my 140 RFE.

RFE received date on 140 is 10/21/04
rfe responded on 12/03/04
rfe respose received by VSC on 12/07/04

but still it is not yet approved, can you pls guide me, what might be the issue in my case.

Thanks for your response, My RFE is about Work experience for 5 years.

When i applied for 140, i provided only some of my work experience letter. so they asked all the 5 years of experience letter.

so i call my previous employers and got a refference letters from all the company and replied to VSC.
 
I am sailing in the same boat.
I have answered for my RFE (140 and 485) in DEC 2004
Status updated to Response received, But no update later.
RFE is due to lawyer missed some documents
Is any one know, how it is going to take for this kind of case
 
Waiting for Response

I have replied RFE, which was ability to pay and my W2's, on 2-7-2005. They received on 2-8-2005 and again LUD changed on 2-11-2005.
After that they stopped the looking in the case or dont know but there is no updates after that.
Any one with the same situation.. ?

Any one can tell when we can expect that they USCIS will again touch our cases?

Hi! Everyone,

This is the 1st time Iam writing in this forum.

My I140 was approved on march 10th 2005. :D.

Info is as follows

ND:july 14 2004.

RFE :feb 16th(asking to convert from EB2 to EB3).Rfe notice received by lawyer on feb22nd 2005 ;Replied on feb 24th 2005.

Still waiting for CIS decision after submitted RFE(employer letter) on Feb 8, 2005. anyone is painful like me?

Waiting for Response from cis for 140 RFE

all
i responded to RFE on 15-Mar. They received it on 16 and there were LUDS
on the application on 17,18,21,22. after that nothing.

how long does it take to get the RFE response
 
Finally Approved yesterday .. got 4 emails ...
yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Waiting for I-1485 now .. lets see how long it takes .. although see some LUD changes. See signature for more details ..

RFE I140 with progressive work experience

I got RFE on my sub-labor I140 filing . RFE reads as

"Pls submit evidence demonstrating that the beneficiary's past experience has been progressive in nature . Evidence should show how the duties performed have advanced in complexity and responsibility and that the beneficiary has also acquired an increased level of knowledge in order to perform those duties "

Is your RD 05/02/2005 for your (sub LC ) I140?

You got some activity on your file(I mean RFE) so early.

I applied (in fact re-applied) I-140 on May 12.
So some activity (pray for approval) could trigger on my file soon too.

consolidating EB-2 filed in 2004 and not approved yet!

I have consolidated the list of all EB-2 users listed in the tracker for which no I-140 approval info is recorded yet. Anyone below heard anything regarding approval or initiated enquiry with VSC/contacted congressman etc?

I-140 and I-485 concurrent approval!!

I just saw online on my case status that both my I-140 and I-485 have been approved concurrently! What a relief after this long 3-year process and waiting for more than 13 months for my I-140.

As I mentioned before, I had initiated a case status inquiry for my I-485 about 4 weeks ago and my lawyer also initiated an inquiry for the I-140 2 weeks ago. I don't know if that helped or if USCIS finally noticed my petition.

In any case, I certainly think it is good to pro-actively pursue/push USCIS in any way possible for those of us waiting beyond the standard time line... atleast there is some probability that they will do something about it!
