It is not approved yet.

Anyone who filed 140 in Nov 02 got approval yet?

EAD Approved and received : 04/21/2003
AP Approved and received 04/22/2003

EAD received for my wife but no AP for her yet.

1) Which date was on BCIS online status form? is it RD or ND.

"Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on November 12, 2002. "

What is above date?

2) What are follwoing date? Is it RD or ND.

2. These dates should refer to ND (but who knows what BCIS means with these dates!)

For me the web site says "recieved on NOV 21 2002" cross checking with my paper reciept - this is actually my notice date. My recipt date is OCT 26 2002. There words are confusing.

Does the web site match with your noticedate or your reciept date?

I guess the "Now processing [date] cases reffers to Notice date.
 
I had seen my I-140 receipt as it is with employer. I think Website always shows notice date (the date on which your case was entered in your system)
 
any Nov/DEC 2002 Approvals ?

No Approval for me yet.

One thing I am doing at the moment is to apply for renewel of EAD and AP earlier than needed - My ( totally unproved ) theory being that this will at least prompt them to pull my I140 file and it may possibly prompt them to adjudicate on it as well.
 
Please Post I-140 approvals if you have filed in November or Dec 2002.

I saw one approval of i-140 which has been filed on the same date as mine . I just used couple of numbers randomaly
and found this has been approved

MY EAC # is EAC0304650XXX

The case which have been approved in Feb 03
is EAC030465042X

I do not want to give exact #.


This is really frustation .. .Sometimes it is better not
to surf the forums as well as check status online.

I am trying to control myself , And going to check status
once in 15 days. See how it works.
