VSC I-140 Nov 2002 filers

All EAC numbers are not I140s ....

I tried the same logic.. Yes. All EAC numbers are not just I140s. It could be I129,I539 I485, EAD , AP etc. I am not sure if concurrent filers have same numer for all I140/I485/EAD/AP.

We just need to worry about I140s movement. Follow any of the spreadsheets attached.
 
Concurrent filers receive different EAC numbers for each application per applicant.


Case which love_immi mentioned is actually an I-140 application which got approved in Feb '03 ( some lucky applicant).
 
Ones approved early can be..


1. EB1 (the one with current processing date of 5/03)
2. or Nurse

just to give some comfort.

I personally know some EB2 and EB3 cases of even Febrary getting approvals.....:rolleyes:
