I think they are picking up pace, couple of weeks ago it was september and now November already, is that means they are clearing one month's worth of cases in couple of weeks??? cool ! still can't beat CSC hmm....

receipt notice date of i140 is NOV 14 2002 i.e. for 485 as well I think... in that case I should get in next couple of days or weeks?

I don't think what's going on means that they are "moving", but clearing up the last cases that remained ... that's the explanation of their fast "progress" ... the bulk of activity is in 2003

vsc_babu: You are not quiet right. Based on the explanation of the processing time, it refers to RD. It says " if you filed your case 30 days or more ...". ic
